How do I order my patterned vinyl flooring?
Measure your room’s widest width and longest length in cm, add 5–10 cm extra just in case, pop the numbers into the calculator on your chosen pattern page, and checkout — simple!

Do I need to buy a full roll?
No. We only make what you need, so there’s less waste, less cost, and a perfect fit every time.

Can I get a sample first?
Yes! Request a free sample square from any pattern page. You’ll get to see the quality and texture before ordering. (Pattern scale may differ slightly on samples, but full proofs are always sent before production.)

Can I change colours or scale?
Absolutely — you can adjust colours, pattern size, or direction at no extra cost. Send us your hex codes, Pantone references, or paint swatches and we’ll match as closely as possible to them.

When will I see my proofs?
After ordering, you’ll receive a full-scale digital mock-up and an A4 1:1 crop to print out and pop on the floor to check the exact scale used. You can tweak everything until you’re 100% happy before we begin production.

Can I change my order later?
Yes! You can adjust colours, scale, or even switch designs right up until you approve your final proofs.

How long does production take?
Production of our patterned vinyl flooring range takes around 2 weeks from proof approval. We’ll email tracking details as soon as it’s shipped.

How thick is the flooring?
Our vinyl base is 2.6 mm thick, hypoallergenic, phthalate-free, and made with 20% recycled content. It’s also R10 anti-slip rated for extra safety.

How easy is it to fit?
Super easy! Our patterned vinyl comes on rolls up to 2.9 m wide, so you can forget about tiles, grout, and mess. Simply roll out, trim, and fix with a non-solvent vinyl adhesive.

How do I clean and care for it?
Just use everyday cleaners like Flash or Method diluted for use with flooring— avoid solvents, abrasives, or bleach.

Our vinyl flooring is finished with a lightly embossed surface, including gentle dimples that are an intentional part of the design.

Those dimples are what help the floor perform so well underfoot. Because the surface is designed to offer grip in wet areas, it responds best to simple, regular cleaning as part of everyday care.

A quick wipe, vacuum or gentle mop keeps everything fresh and prevents build-up across the surface.

From time to time, a light scrub with warm water and a soft-to-medium brush will lift any everyday residue and keep the floor looking its best.

Nothing heavy-duty, just a little routine attention.
