The following information details the terms & conditions upon which we supply our products or services. By purchasing our goods or services you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Please read through especially if ordering our flooring and make sure you request more information and samples if unsure before purchasing from us.

Entering your wall dimensions, specifying your material and completing checkout starts the ball rolling and the order process begins. Depending on the image size or surface area, we may have to crop the image to fit, but we will never crop sections of the image and print without first sending you a proof showing exactly what you can expect. This of course only applies for a mural; where a pattern is selected, we will still send a proof but it’s not quite as mission-critical.
We always produce a little bigger to allow for trimming on the wall to fit exactly – please also allow a little extra when inputting dimensions. Use the installation guides to help ensure you get things right.
Be aware that sometimes there is a variation in base wallpaper colour which can give a slightly different finish between panels and can also deviate from what’s seen on your monitor at home – this is beyond our control and we cannot be held responsible for any minor changes.
Same as for the wallpapers – the production process starts once you’ve let us know your room size, picked patterns and completed checkout. Again, there will be a communication all through the process with a proof sent over before anything is printed and any crop or resizing of the image must be accepted by you prior to production.
We offer a 30-day return and refund policy at our discretion.
Firstly, please get in contact to request the return and for our shipping details. You are expected to pay for all postage fees and ensure that the flooring is packed securely for shipping. We do reserve the right to check all details before refunding the original payment and we are not liable for any other fees incurred such as but not limited to installation costs. This policy does not cover any bespoke commercial orders.
We provide free of charge samples for all prospective buyers to make sure our flooring is right for you and your home. Please request if unsure before purchasing.
Be aware that the pattern size on the sample may not be representative of the actual finished pattern. Please check the proof we will email before printing to make sure the size of the pattern is what is expected. We can change to suit your requirements before printing.
All panels are trimmed to your specified sizes prior to sending out so please ensure all dimensions are correct.
After installation, do not use any abrasive cleaners, solvents or bleach on your new flooring and as with all vinyl floorings, anything sharp or dragged across the vinyl may mark or scratch. We recommend testing a sample or offcut prior to the use of steam cleaning appliances.
Measure, check and measure again. We offer standard sizes but all these products are made to order specifically for you which means we can’t accept any returns or refunds unless it’s defective or damaged.
If we need to crop or resize an image, we’ll email you a proof to approve. If it’s a pattern you’ve picked, we’ll simply fit to size.
Anything we are requested to produce will be dealt with by our service team. Before a special is manufactured we will communicate to ensure you receive exactly what you ordered and that the finished article fully exceeds your expectations. We pride ourselves on our abilities and will work fully with you every step of the way on any commercial or bespoke project.
We accept all card payments through either WorldPay or our Paypal portal, both completely secure and order trackable, giving you complete peace of mind when ordering with For the Floor & More.
RIGHT OF CANCELLATION
You have the right to cancel any order of goods or services within 7 business days as long as we have not yet begun creating the goods or services agreed within the contract.
As it’s a bespoke item, we cannot accept any liability once everything is agreed and we’ve moved your order to production.
Our products including floor coverings were originally designed for residential use – if chosen to be used in a commercial setting, please make sure samples are taken and all questions answered as we cannot be held responsible for any issues after purchase for use in these environments. By ordering for this purpose, you are confirming that the product is fit for the intended use and no subsequent claim can and will be made.
INSPECTION OF GOODS
Please inspect the goods when delivered and let us know immediately of any issues identified; we will work quickly to sort out any problem. Please see our Returns Policy above.
For the Floor & More will always offer a refund or replacement if we don’t meet our customers’ quality expectations. Where we are responsible for a defective product, it will be replaced or refunded as soon as we are made aware; your satisfaction when ordering from us is part of our service commitment.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
PRODUCTION & DELIVERY
Every effort is made to deliver all goods and services in the specified time frame. However, things occasionally arise which are out of our control. We will always notify you of such issues and give you the option to cancel or wait. If cancellation is chosen, we will of course issue a complete refund.
Although every care is taken when packaging and shipping, we do use couriers and things can sometimes happen we would prefer didn’t. If goods arrive damaged, please either sign ‘damaged’ or refuse delivery and let us know as soon as possible.
OUR QUALITY & SERVICE
All our products are inspected before and after production to make sure all is good. They are again checked prior to packing and only if all is exactly as should be are they then sent out to our customers.
Please check and inspect fully when received; we cannot be held responsible or accept any claims after the product has been used and installed.
Occasionally there can be minor variations in colour between rolls of wallpaper or floorcovering. For anything more than minor, contact us to resolve.
Be aware that we regularly calibrate our printers and monitors to ICC standards and your computer screen at home may not be exactly the same. If colour matching is critical, contact us, let us know what pattern you’ve fallen in love with and we’ll send out a sample print for you to check. Any claims after production for any variation cannot be made unless this request for a media proof has been made.
