Special care is taken when we put together every order and we aim to eliminate all problems or issues in production and shipping. However, we understand things happen and in the unlikely event something does go wrong and you need it resolving, get in touch as soon as possible and let us fix it for you.
If we’ve messed up – contact us so we can put it right; in most cases we can arrange a rapid replacement or refund.
Please bear in mind that all our products are custom made specifically for you and your home so we cannot accept returned goods simply because of a change of mind or plans. We are unable to make refunds for incorrectly measured walls or floors, and we accept no responsibility for defective installation, nor will we accept any consequential loss. We cannot resell or reuse anything we have produced. Please refer to full terms and conditions for details.
Sending authorised returns once agreed back to our base needs to be at the buyer’s expense and the product’s must be in the original as-received condition.
Our vinyl flooring is covered by a 30-day return and refund policy. Even though the flooring we manufacture is created individually for your space and we cannot resell it, we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If within 30 days it doesn’t live up to your expectations, get in contact and let us help. More info in the FAQs and T&Cs.
This 30-day return policy does not cover any bespoke product created from customer supplied files or for any non-standard glass tile/splashback sizes.
