HOW SOON CAN YOU DELIVER?

Most flooring orders arrive around two weeks after your proof has been approved.
If you’re booking a fitter, leave plenty of time between delivery and fitting in case of an unexpected courier delay. Flooring should also be unrolled, checked and allowed to acclimatise in the room for at least 24 hours before installation.

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS RECEIVED DAMAGED?

Please check your delivery as soon as it arrives. If the packaging or product appears damaged, take a few photographs and contact us as soon as possible.
Please keep the product and all packaging until we’ve confirmed what to do next, as the courier may need these for a damage claim.

CAN YOU DELIVER OUTSIDE THE UK?

Yes. We can ship flooring to selected destinations outside the UK, including the USA and Canada.
International delivery is quoted individually because costs depend on the size and weight of the shipment. Let us know the design you’re interested in, your room size and destination, and we’ll confirm whether we can deliver and provide a shipping quote.
We are not currently able to ship flooring directly to EU countries because of the additional packaging and compliance requirements.
International shipping charges do not include local import duties, taxes or customs charges that may be payable on arrival.
 

WHAT IF I ORDER MULTIPLE ITEMS?

Delivery is charged per shipment rather than per individual item wherever the products can travel together. This means that if you order several different products, you’ll normally pay the delivery charge for the largest or heaviest item rather than a separate charge for each one.

WHEN DO YOU DELIVER?

Standard courier deliveries are made on weekdays. If you have particular access or delivery requirements, contact us before ordering and we’ll let you know what is possible.
If you’re having flooring fitted, don’t book your fitter for the same day as delivery. Allow time for any courier delay, to check the flooring and for the required acclimatisation period.
