We currently have reduced flooring delivery costs following an agreement with DHL – please be aware that these may change.
If you are ordering from outside the UK, please send us a quick email letting us know where you are and an idea on the size of the space before you order. We do not ship to Russia.
For the USA, please be aware of the recent UK 10% tariff charges payable by the receiver, plus all global De Minimis duty-free allowances are to be suspended from the end of August 2025. This global suspension has removed all applicable tax-free import duty elements from any shipment manufactured and sent from outside the USA.
We currently input the shipping costs manually within our system so if you do see a rate in the checkout before you’ve notified us, it may be showing the wrong cost.
Also, be aware that any shipping rate quoted does not include any local import taxes – any duties applied above our quoted rate are the buyer’s responsibility.

We’re currently aiming to manufacture and ship all orders in between one and two weeks.
Once an order is approved, our system groups them together to minimise production wastage. Due to this grouping of panels, we can’t give any specific shipping date for any order.
Everything is checked, packed securely and checked again when it leaves us and we expect it to arrive in perfect condition when it lands at your door. For any obvious issues, please either refuse the delivery or sign as ‘damaged’ and get in touch with us as soon as possible.
We use DHL to ship outside the UK and can ship to pretty much anywhere. Get in touch and request a quote but be aware, vinyl flooring can be heavy.
Unfortunately, we can’t ship any glass splashbacks or Feature Tiles to destinations outside the UK.
Regular shipments are now crossing the pond to the US – the cost for shipping depends on the weight and the packaging tube length. Let us know your room size and we’ll inform you of the cost.
Any rate quoted does not include any local import taxes – check with your country as to what they may be.
Our deliveries are always charged ‘per shipment’ which means if you order a few different items, we will only charge once for the heaviest or biggest product. For example, if you order three tiles with a floor covering, the delivery cost will only be the cost for the flooring. A splashback and wallpaper? You only pay the shipping cost for the splashback.
Delivery is by courier which limits us to weekdays only as standard.
