Our website uses cookies and similar browser technologies. Some are needed to operate the shop. Others help us understand visits or measure and personalise advertising. You can accept, reject or choose optional categories when asked, and change your decision below at any time.
| Category | Purpose and providers | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| Essential (always on) | Website security, sign-in, basket and checkout (WordPress and WooCommerce); saving cookie choices and selected samples. Payment providers may use their own security cookies when you pay. | Session to around 14 days for most shop/account cookies; consent choice lasts 12 months if all optional groups are accepted, or six months otherwise. Saved browser selections may remain until cleared. |
| Statistics (optional) | Google Analytics and Keyword Hero help us measure visits, website use and search traffic. Identifiers can distinguish a browser or device. | Google Analytics cookies may last up to two years; session technologies expire sooner. Actual duration depends on the cookie and your browser. |
| Marketing (optional) | Google Ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Pinterest and WooCommerce attribution measure advertising, associate visits with orders and support relevant adverts. | Durations vary by provider and purpose, from a session to around one year; certain advertising cookies may last longer according to the provider’s settings. |
With Marketing consent, limited order or basket information may also be sent to advertising providers from our server, and Google may receive hashed checkout contact details for conversion measurement. If you enable Marketing without Statistics, limited cookieless conversion measurement may occur on the order-confirmation page. These activities do not necessarily make the information anonymous.
Our site also loads third-party chat and other technical resources, which may receive information such as your IP address when they load, even if you do not interact with them.
You can withdraw optional consent using the control above or Cookie settings in the website footer. Withdrawing consent stops the relevant optional tracking on future page loads and may remove applicable site cookies; it cannot undo information already sent to other providers. Browser settings can also remove or block cookies.
