Custom Printed Vinyl Flooring
Your design. Made into a floor.
Planning a floor that doesn’t exist off the shelf? You’ve found the right place.
We work with designers, architects, creative studios, production companies and private clients to turn finished artwork into made-to-order sheet vinyl flooring.
Your design can repeat, run continuously across the floor, define different areas within one space, or form one complete composition. We work from your artwork and floor dimensions, prepare it for production and send a proof for approval before anything is made.
Wide-format panels help minimise joins
Longer panels may be possible depending on the project
Artwork can continue across joining panels

Custom flooring for design-led projects
A custom floor can be much more than a repeating motif. We can work with artwork that stretches across an entire space, divides a floor into different visual areas, follows a specific composition or repeats at a scale determined by the project.
That makes the format particularly useful for interiors, exhibitions, theatre and set design, retail environments, hospitality projects and one-off residential schemes.
Panels are produced up to 2.9m wide. Larger floors can be supplied across multiple panels, with approximately 50mm of artwork overlap along joining edges for the fitter to align and trim on site.
Made for ideas that need more than an off-the-shelf floor
If the floor is part of the wider design rather than simply a surface under it, this is the kind of work we’re here for.
Interior designers & architects
Customer-supplied artwork for interior schemes that need something unavailable from a standard flooring collection.
Theatre, set & production
Scenic floors, defined zones and complete compositions across a stage or set rather than a conventional repeating pattern.
Retail, hospitality & exhibitions
Brand environments, installations, temporary spaces and feature floors created as part of a wider visual concept.
Artists & graphic designers
Original illustration, photography or graphic artwork translated from file to finished flooring at room scale.
See the material doing its job
From hospitality and retail to galleries, education and one-off interiors, these are real spaces using flooring we’ve produced.

A strong repeat used to define the whole interior.

Pattern carried through an extended corridor as one continuous visual idea.

Graphic flooring that becomes part of the character of the space.

Flooring used as part of the wider visual environment.

Colour and pattern carried through a complete interior scheme.

Pattern produced to work across the room rather than as a small decorative feature.

Your design doesn’t need to behave like a flooring pattern
A custom project can be one continuous illustration, a graphic composition, photography, branding, defined areas or a repeating design created specifically for the space.
The floor itself can become part of the idea.
How we work with your project
Send us the artwork and dimensions and we’ll check what we need for production.
Send the brief
Send us the artwork, approximate floor dimensions and a little information about the project.
We review the artwork
We’ll check scale, resolution, dimensions and panel requirements, and flag anything that needs resolving before production.
Approve the proof
We’ll send a digital proof showing the artwork at the agreed floor size, including any panel splits where relevant.
Production
Once approved, the floor goes into production. Most orders arrive around two weeks after proof approval.
What should I send?
PDF or EPS artwork is normally the best starting point. Vector artwork is ideal where appropriate, while photographic or raster artwork needs sufficient resolution for the finished dimensions.
Files can be supplied at full size or at an agreed scale such as 1:2 or 1:4.
Not sure if your artwork is ready?
Don’t spend hours rebuilding a file before speaking to us. Send what you have with the approximate dimensions and we’ll let you know whether it gives us enough to start.
For colour-sensitive projects, screens and finished flooring reproduce colour differently. We’ll aim to match the supplied artwork as closely as possible.

How large can the floor be?
Individual panels can be produced up to 2.9m wide. Lengths up to around 8m or more may be possible depending on the project.
Larger projects can be divided across multiple panels, with approximately 50mm of artwork overlap along joining edges for alignment and trimming during installation.
How should I measure?
For straightforward rectangular rooms, measure the widest and longest points and add 5–10cm to the overall dimensions for fitting and trimming.
For larger or unusually shaped spaces, you can also send a simple drawing or floor plan to help us understand the overall size and intended position of the artwork.
Looking for one of our designs instead?
If you’ve found a pattern in our existing collection, simply choose the design you like. Most can also be adjusted in colour or scale if you’d prefer a change.
Custom printed vinyl flooring questions
Can I supply my own floor design?
Yes. Send us the artwork and approximate floor dimensions and we’ll take a look.
Can the artwork cover the whole floor rather than repeat?
Yes. The design can span the whole floor, define separate areas or place particular elements in specific positions rather than using a repeating pattern.
Can you design the artwork for me?
We don’t offer a graphic-design service. You’ll need to supply the artwork or completed design, but we can check the file before production.
What file format should I send?
PDF or EPS is normally the best starting point. If you’re unsure, send us what you have and we can take a look.
Can I send a floor plan or drawing with the artwork?
Yes. For larger or more unusual spaces, a simple plan or drawing can help us understand the overall dimensions and how the artwork is intended to sit in the space.
Can the floor be supplied in several panels?
Yes. Larger floors can be supplied across multiple panels with approximately 50mm of overlap along joining edges for fitting.
How large can an individual panel be?
Panels can be up to 2.9m wide. Lengths around 8m or more may be possible depending on the project.
Will I see the design before production?
Yes. We’ll send a digital proof showing the artwork at the agreed size before production, including any panel splits where relevant.
How long does production take?
Most orders arrive around two weeks after the production proof has been approved.
Can I see the flooring material first?
Yes. We can send a sample of the base flooring so you can see the construction, texture and surface before progressing with the project.
Got a project in mind? Send it over.
