Panels are available up to 2.9 metres wide, so many rooms can be supplied in a single piece with fewer joins. There is no minimum flooring order, free UK samples are available, and most orders are ready in around two weeks.

Our flooring is a 2.6mm cushioned sheet vinyl with an R10 anti-slip rating. It is phthalate-free, Allergy UK approved, manufactured in Europe and contains 20% recycled content.
Every order is produced to the dimensions you provide. Panels are available up to 2.9 metres wide, so many rooms can be supplied in a single piece. Where more than one panel is needed, we plan the pattern across the floor and include approximately 50mm of overlap at each join for the fitter to align and trim.
Free UK samples are available, and changes to the colour and pattern scale are included.

How do I order my patterned vinyl flooring?
Measure your room at its widest and longest points in centimetres, including any alcoves or doorways, then add 5–10cm to each dimension as a fitting allowance. Enter the measurements on your chosen pattern page and complete the order online. For L-shaped or unusually complicated rooms, send us a simple sketch before ordering and we will help establish the best panel layout.
Do I need to buy a full roll?
No. Your flooring is produced to the dimensions you order, so you only buy the amount your room requires. It is supplied as one or more rectangular panels, with the final trimming around walls, doorways and fittings completed during installation.
Can I get a sample first?
Yes. Free flooring samples are available to UK customers from every pattern page. International samples are also available; you only pay the postage. A sample lets you see the colour, texture and quality of the material before ordering. It shows a section of the design, so the pattern scale may differ from the finished floor. Your sample shows one version of the design — not the only version.
Can I change the colours or pattern scale?
Yes. Most designs can be adjusted in colour, pattern scale and direction at no extra cost. Send us hex codes, Pantone references, paint references or examples from elsewhere in the room and we will match them as closely as the material and production process allow.
When will I see my proofs?
After ordering, you will receive a digital proof showing the pattern direction, scale, room dimensions and panel layout. We also provide an A4 crop at 1:1 scale for you to print at 100% and place on the floor. Nothing goes into production until you have approved the final proof.
Can I change my order later?
Yes. You can adjust the colours, scale, pattern direction or even switch designs before approving the final proof. Once the proof has been approved and production has started, further changes may not be possible.
How long does production take?
Most patterned vinyl flooring orders are produced in around two weeks from final proof approval. Delivery time is additional and depends on the destination. We will send tracking details as soon as the order has been dispatched.
How wide and thick is the flooring?

Will my flooring need a join?
Many rooms can be supplied in one piece when one room dimension is no greater than the available 2.9-metre panel width. Larger rooms may require two or more panels. Where this happens, we plan the pattern across the floor and include approximately 50mm of overlap at each join for the fitter to align and trim.
Is patterned vinyl flooring suitable for bathrooms and kitchens?
Yes. Patterned sheet vinyl is suitable for bathrooms, kitchens, cloakrooms and utility rooms when correctly fitted over a clean, flat and dry subfloor. It has an R10 anti-slip rating, and many smaller rooms can be supplied in a single panel, reducing the number of joins. Edges, cuts and any joins must still be properly fitted and finished.
Is patterned vinyl flooring waterproof?
The vinyl surface is water-resistant, making it suitable for bathrooms, kitchens and utility rooms. It should not, however, be treated as a complete waterproofing system. Water can still reach the subfloor through poorly finished edges, cuts or joins.
Can patterned vinyl be used with underfloor heating?
Yes, with compatible water and electric underfloor-heating systems, provided the floor-surface temperature does not exceed 27°C. The heating should be switched off for at least 48 hours before, during and after installation, then brought back up gradually. Direct-contact and infrared electric systems are not suitable unless specifically approved by the flooring manufacturer.
How easy is patterned sheet vinyl to fit?
Many rooms can be supplied in a single panel, reducing the number of joins. The flooring still needs to be accurately trimmed in the room, and the subfloor must be clean, flat, smooth and dry. A suitable vinyl adhesive is recommended for the most secure and durable result. We recommend an experienced vinyl-flooring fitter for rooms requiring joins, detailed cutting or subfloor preparation.
How do I clean and care for patterned vinyl flooring?
Use warm water with a non-abrasive multipurpose cleaner and a damp mop or cloth. A soft-to-medium bristle brush can be used to lift dirt from the textured surface. Avoid bleach, solvents, abrasive products, baby wipes, dry cloths and aggressive scrubbing concentrated in one area. Regular gentle cleaning and prompt attention to spills will keep the flooring looking its best.
Where is the flooring made?
Our designs are created in Britain, and every order is produced to your approved dimensions in the UK using cushioned sheet vinyl manufactured in Europe. Each floor is made to order in your chosen design, colours and pattern scale.
Is patterned vinyl flooring the same as lino?
No. Linoleum and vinyl are different materials. Linoleum is traditionally made using ingredients such as linseed oil, while our flooring is cushioned sheet vinyl. People often use “lino” as a general name for flooring supplied on a roll, but the materials and performance are different.
